"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail" when opening email.
Situation:
After installing Norton AntiVirus 2002 (NAV), you notice that whenever you receive email with an attachment, you see the message "OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail." You cannot open the attachment.
Solution:
1. Open OE 6.0.
2. Click Tools, point to Options, and then click the Security tab.
3. Uncheck "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus."
4. Click OK
