In light of some of the findings in US courtrooms recently, it would seem that the mere allegation of copyright infringement is now good enough to wreck all privacy protections. It's enough to override common sense. The judiciary is buying the copyright cartel's arguments these days, without exception. Who will protect customers' rights?
